RETURN POLICY
If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product, in the same condition in which it was received, within 30 days. Contact us for a return authorization number (RMA #) at 513-688-7300 or email service@norriscorp.com in advance of sending your item back. Authorization number needs to be on return label or box. Please take your returned package to the shipper of your choice and return to:

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items unless the item is defective.

PRICING & BILLING
  • You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse; the state of Ohio.
  • Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). It will show on your credit card statement "Norris Products"
  • Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) for return.

WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in a new Hut Bag.

  • This warranty lasts as long as you, the original purchaser, own your Hut Bag product.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (ie - zipper wear, fabric abrasions, etc)
  • Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss of personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.


WARRANTY RETURN PROCEDURE
You will be required to submit your product to an authorized Hut Bag representative for inspection to confirm the defect. Hut Bags will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you may either contact the dealer where you purchased your Hut Bag or contact us at 513-688-7300 or email service@norriscorp.com.
